Property Data

Census & Property Intelligence

Census, realtor records, and address-level enrichment

Raw property lists are not enough. Neighborhood Lead Agency enriches every address with census block group data, ACS income estimates, median home values, owner-occupancy rates, household size, age demographics, housing tenure, realtor listing history, assessor records, and comparable sales. We build composite affordability and propensity scores that predict which homeowners are most likely to invest $15K-$150K in home improvements, in both the United States and Canada.

Census & Property Intelligence FAQ

What property data sources do you use?+
We use US Census ACS 5-year estimates, Canadian Census 2021 data, county assessor records, realtor listing databases, Zillow/Redfin AVMs, and MLS-derived property characteristics, all enriched at the individual address level.
Do you include realtor listing and sale data?+
Yes. Every address is enriched with listing history, last sale date, estimated home value, comparable sales, and tenure length, critical signals for seller farming, renovation targeting, and equity-based campaigns.
Can I target specific income ranges?+
Yes. Set minimum and maximum household income, home value, and custom demographic filters per campaign in both US and Canadian markets.
Is property data targeting legal for marketing?+
Yes. Census data is public domain. Property and assessor records are public. We use aggregated demographic data and publicly available property records, never individual financial account data.
