Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://nlagrowth.com or engaging FYAAZ BOBAT d/b/a Neighborhood Lead Agency ("we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to these terms. Neighborhood Lead Agency is the trading name of FYAAZ BOBAT, located at 75 Thorncliffe Park Dr, 301, East York, Ontario M4H1L4, Canada. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our Services

We provide marketing services to businesses, including property and demographic targeting, direct-mail campaign production, campaign microsites, and reporting. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in the written agreement between us and each client.

SMS Program Description and Messaging Use Cases

If you opt in to receive text messages from us through our live chat widget, you will receive promotional and marketing messages about our direct-mail and lead generation services. These may include:

How to Opt Out (Text STOP to Unsubscribe)

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message acknowledging your request and confirming that no further messages will be sent. After that, we will stop messaging that number.
